Copyright and related rights
ODS offers legal advice and services for the registration of the materials to the authorized institutions and organizations (CNC, ORDA, UCMR-ADA), but also for obtaining licenses for copyright and related, according to the legal regulations in Romania.
In accordance with the current laws on copyright and related rights for any audio, video material or computer programs, the registration is mandatory to the organizations and authorized institutions.
